OS 3D Drake ninja'd

I ran in a pug OS3D grp today and the raid leader decided to ninja the Mount after I won the roll.
He said in raid as we started trash the mount was free roll.

Is there some way to rectify this rubbish as its beginning to get frustrating for ppl who are scared to run in pugs due to the high amount of theft of loot.

I'd like the mount I won faily in the roll but if that cant happen I'd like it taken from the <player> that took it from me.

Any suggestions how to deal with this ?

Shado is correct.

If the loot parameters were EXPLICITLY defined and he did not follow them, this can be investigated as a possible scam.

If they weren't, loot masters have full authority over disposition of loot. That's what that loot type is designed to do, and what you agree to implicitly when you run in a group using that loot type.
