Odd question - does Fel Armor affect eating?

I asked a GM but they couldn't tell me. I'm just not sure if eating is considered healing. I guess another way to test is get a Mortal Strike type debuff (50% less healing) and see how food treats you.

So just curious if Fel Armor affects food.

Odd, but interesting and making me curious. If anybody has definitive proof before I can confirm(dang weekends), you get...ummmm....some sort of prize. Yeah.
