Ocean Fishing not working

Hi there,

I tried fishing in the oceans of Feralas and Tanaris, I can cast, bobber bobs, I right-click and I get nothing. After a few more of these, I get a skillup. I tested fishing in Zangarmarsh lake and Feralas Camp-M's steam and both allowed me to loot the fish that I'd catch.

I've tried this with mods on and all off. Ocean floating wreckage seems to allow me to loot, but normal fishing gin the Ocean does not.
