Is there any chance the levels 20-58 "old world" game will get some loving?

I have alts I want to level, but it's painfully boring.

We actually are working on cleaning up some mid-level zones, well starting with one but planning for others, but we're not comfortable giving any details at this time. Once we get closer to a patch that has significant changes we'll let you know.
