Not able use more then one elixir at a time.

I am an Alchemist and an experienced player. For some reason I am no longer able to use more than one elixir at a time. If i right click on and consume "Elixir #1", then right click on and consume "Elixir #2", instead of having both elixirs as buffs, "Elixir #2 replaces "Elixir #1". This is seriously degrading my abilities and to say the least expensive.

This behavior is new and I have not (to my knowledge) not changed any interface options. This effect is not a problem if I consume scrolls. Does anyone have an explanation for this behavior and more importantly a remedy.

I have tried contacting GMs but they more or less blew me off.
