I'm still trying to get some sort of response to this issue.

I have my chat settings locked, and before the patch any time I locked them the black box would not appear when I hoovered over the text box.

Now, however, even if my chat settings have been locked I'm still getting the black box appearing.

Any way to fix this, get rid of it, or get it back to normal without the use of another addon?

Please, can I get a blue response?
