Yesterday I was in an ICC pug and before the raid started I asked if anything was on reserve. The master looter / raid leader said no, nothing was on reserve. But when we killed Deathbringer the ML took everything out of the chest and left the group.

Can I get him/her banned? We never had a roll on it and the person just took it all. I know I've heard of people getting banned for having the raid roll and then ninjaing when they lose, but I'm not sure about this.

I'm afraid that simply stating no items are "reserved" for a particular run would not likely be considered a clear in-game agreement. It's important that all elements of loot distribution be covered when establishing rules for a group run by Master Looter, and that players within that group seek additional clarification if it's not provided proactively.

* A clear in-game agreement indicates that loot rules are fully defined. Partial agreements that do that wholly explain how loot will be distributed may prevent In-Game Support from assisting. If using Master Looter, please be sure to clarify with your raid group whether or not any items are reserved, what (if any) restrictions will be placed on rolls based on class specializations, and how winners of open rolls will be selected.
