I'm not sure if this is technically a bug. Its more of a cosmetic issue.
I have noticed that certain off-hands display at an odd angle when on a Male Night Elf.
The item appears to be hiding in the left leg.

I know there are a handful of items that act the same way, appearing to go through the left knee of the Male Night Elf.
