New patch notes not current

I saw the sticky that newly updated patch notes were posted today, but they appear to be the old notes. I reviewed the rogue changes that I know went on the PTR Friday (30 sec cooldown on Shadowstep for example) and they are not reflected in the latest patch notes just posted.

These are the most up to date patch notes that I have, changes are still being made to 2.3 and may not yet be reflected there.
