we are in naxx 25
we have full cleared many times (every week)
this week something is different
Sapphiron is one shotting our tank
tank's health is not low at the time, ~20K or more both times
there is NO record of what damaged caused the death
NONE
just "tank died"
this happened during 2 attempts

we looked at recount death stats for both cases
in both cases, tank had over 20k when he "died"

HELP!!!

I can't really help if there's no record of what is occurring in the battle or there aren't any corroborating reports. Look at your combat logs and make sure all filters are enabled.
