When i log onto the PTR. It gives me the Downloading Update screen as usual.


It goes from 0%

Then Directly to Nan%.

How is this fixed?

Were you able to log into this PTR prior to yesterdays maintenance? Also, when you open your PTR client, what is the version number listed in the bottom left corner?

Could you provide the following info if possible:

1. What expansion level is your account? Do you all expansions?
2. What is the version listed for the PTR Launcher (.exe/.app)?
  • Right click the launcher and select properties.
  • Select the "Details" tab.
  • The version will be listed as "File Version"
    3. Do you have multiple WoW accounts on your Battle.net account?
