last week i was getitng hacked, i sented in a ticket to the GM' i tlaked with them it went fine. then two days later my account got Baned. so i went to check my E-mail it said i was ban for safey reason for my account. and gave me this forum to fill out and have it Fax to you guys. I been faxing 1 every two days snice Friday. After the first when i sented the 2nd and 3rd one. i went to the link the e-mail gave me about my account bieng ban. it said "With in 48 hours you dont hear anything "Go to this link" and fill it out" i did that twice and i still havn't gotten a e-mail back now.

Whats going on?

I get Hacked, get my account baned and cant ever play it again? because some one gets the fix and throws it away?

please just tell me why i havn't gotten any e-mail back from anyone.

This is really annoying me.

Also my main account isn't on this e-mail, it's on a new one.

Fersire, I can imagine how frustrating this situation is. Unfortunately the Game Master department has no involvement with locked accounts. For any inquiries into the status of your account please contact our Account Administration department, as they are the only department that is able to assist with such matter.
