I finally remembered to go back to where my cool video bug happens at this specific time of day. Sure enough, it's happening. I submitted a ticket in case the online GM wants to see the show. If anyone is interested, find me on Argent Dawn (Tavra the warlock). I'm curious to know if it affects other kinds of video cards (I believe it does).

Seriously though if it is not an issue specifically with your computer/graphic card then you might want to report this in the Bug Report Forums. Still a very cool visuals.
