Hi i hope u guys can help me, my account was blocked but now ive emailed them and they sent an email back saying

'Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the World of Warcraft account you are using. We understand your point of view and have thoroughly reviewed this issue. As a result, the account action has been removed from the account and all involved parties have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.'

am i right in thinking this means my account is unlbocked? i hope so, i've tried to log in with my old password but it doesnt work, wil they be sending me a new one? this character is on a temporary account not the one i want to access. any ideas guys

I suggest requesting a new password from our Password Recovery Page, found here:

It certainly sounds as if your account is no longer suspended.
