by Haitnah | 08/05/2010 08:51:23![]() I am a 80 paladin on gorefiend horde named adamn. I tried to log in for our 9pm raid and i couldn't log on, date was 5/6/2010 i was in vent with a friend in guild he said that someone was on my char with dnd. I haven't been able to count up all the damage done to the account. I put in a ticket and sent an email to wowgm, when i tried to get on at around 6 pm on 5/7/2010 it said my wow account was banned. my main problem is that all the options http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId= My battle.net email sent me this
I have no idea what i should do. I put in the ticket before the raid. when i logged on early in the morning the next day the ticket had been 'escalated'. I got baned before i was able to get to talk to a gm so i want to know what options i have. I thought i was lucky to log in as its happening. [ Post edited by Haitnah ] |
by Aredek | 09/05/2010 15:33:16![]() Good morning, Haitnah. I just took a look into the status of your account and found your webform submission in regards to your suspended account, and your petition regarding the compromise. Both of these submissions are currently within the appropriate queues and will be addressed as soon as possible. While our Billing Department may be able to help get you into the game just a hair faster than the e-mail you sent, they will be unable to speed up the restoration process. Accordingly, you can either give them a call to see if they are able to help restore access to the account, or you can wait for Account Administration to review your e-mail; either way, our Investigators will attempt to restore your missing items as quickly as possible (though it may take up to 4 to 5 days to do so). If you have not yet identified the source of compromise, you may want to review the following resources for additional information on how to secure your computer and identify phishing attempts: Account and Computer Security: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30794 How to Identify Fake or Phishing Emails: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/25133 Fake E-mails from "Blizzard Entertainment": Fake E-mails from "Blizzard Entertainment" We'll do whatever we can to help, Haitnah, so please let us know if you have any questions.
