Haitnah

I am a 80 paladin on gorefiend horde named adamn.

I tried to log in for our 9pm raid and i couldn't log on, date was 5/6/2010

i was in vent with a friend in guild he said that someone was on my char with dnd.

I haven't been able to count up all the damage done to the account.

I put in a ticket and sent an email to wowgm, when i tried to get on at around 6 pm on 5/7/2010 it said my wow account was banned.

my main problem is that all the options http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=30796 <there require u to talk to a gm which i tried. but now i can't log on.

My battle.net email sent me this

***Notice of Account Closure***

Account Name: XXXXXXX
Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of
the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified
exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold)
for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of
Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account
instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or
leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty
because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups
responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues
very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity
and the risks involved, please review this article: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/antigold.html

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of
Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html. Any recurring
subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary
charges.

For any disputes of this action, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and
Contact page here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/exploitfaq

Regards,

Blizzard Entertainment

I have no idea what i should do. I put in the ticket before the raid. when i logged on early in the morning the next day the ticket had been 'escalated'. I got baned before i was able to get to talk to a gm so i want to know what options i have. I thought i was lucky to log in as its happening.

Good morning, Haitnah.

I just took a look into the status of your account and found your webform submission in regards to your suspended account, and your petition regarding the compromise. Both of these submissions are currently within the appropriate queues and will be addressed as soon as possible. While our Billing Department may be able to help get you into the game just a hair faster than the e-mail you sent, they will be unable to speed up the restoration process. Accordingly, you can either give them a call to see if they are able to help restore access to the account, or you can wait for Account Administration to review your e-mail; either way, our Investigators will attempt to restore your missing items as quickly as possible (though it may take up to 4 to 5 days to do so).

If you have not yet identified the source of compromise, you may want to review the following resources for additional information on how to secure your computer and identify phishing attempts:
