Would i be against the TOS to have both a horde and alliance account on the same server? Both would be owned by me, no one else playing them. Some of my guildmates seem to think this is frowned upon.

Just to reiterate here, it is completely acceptable to own more than one account and to have characters on both accounts on the same realm. ;)
