Did a search but I am having trouble finding an answer to these specific questions.

(1) I know it is okay to broadcast keys (like press x, x is broad casted) but is it all right to broadcast a different key to the one pressed. For example; I press "x" and "y" is broad casted?

(2) Similar to the first, and depends on the answer of 1. Is it okay for a mouse click to broadcast a key press? So for example, if I have 4 WoW windows open and I click on one is it okay to broadcast a "y" key to the one I click on or potentially others?

To put this question into context the specific use would be to automatically trigger a macro within WoW to grant leadership to the active window, so when I click on a WoW window and it is bought from being "deactive" into "active" it automatically sends "y" which triggers the macro (well, triggers a script in a WoW addon)... I am thinking this one could almost be considered automation (but not botting) so I wanted a ruling on this one before I start doing it.

(3) When broadcasting keys is it okay to skip certain windows or does it have to broadcast to all open windows?

Again, context. Lets say I have 5 windows open (but not active) and 2 are mages, 2 are warlocks and one is a priest. Is it okay to have f4 sent to both mages, skip the warlocks and be sent to the priest? I don't consider this to be automation but I want a blue ruling on it before I add it as a feature.

As Arrch has described, the general rule is one action (either single ability or allowable in-game macro) per keystroke per account.
