This is a pre-made character, and when setting up my actionbars I noticed I'm missing several skills, notably Dancing Rune Weapon (in blood spec) and Raise Dead in both specs.

I'm not sure how to amend this situation, I did a quick forum search and didn't see anything.

It is quite usual during a pre-launch testing environment to have skills missing, not functioning or simply not functioning as intended (sometimes very dramatically so!). Yes this can make testing interesting at the very least, but it is always our intention that as the testing progresses closer towards being ready for release that things become ever more functional and polished and hopefully this will mean things like missing skills will reappear along the way.
