Mine Hack Really Blizz Really?

Gydeon

Right now there are 4-5 guys in my WG mine hacking, i can see them with shift v, i have an ever growing list of names in my petition.

5 DAYS IVE WAITED NOW NO GM RESPONSE, but still there they are hacken away as we speak.

I've played a ton of mmo's more then I can list and NEVER EVER HAVE I WAITED 5 DAYS FOR GM RESPONSE TO HACKING!

WHILE ITS STILL GOING ON SAME PEOPLE SAME NAMES, now people are starting to use speed hack in pvp, casting on flying mounts, exploiting pillars infront of WG ent. Hell might as well go nuts there are no GMs none.

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

While I understand that it can be frustrating to come across those players that would exploit Gydeon, please do continue to report them via in-game petition. I do apologize for the long wait time to receive a response from a Game Master, however, I believe it’s also important to note that your petition was not open for 5 days, and it’s a bit disingenuous to claim such. You created a petition on the 6th detailing this issue and subsequently closed it an hour later. You then created another petition and this one was addressed on the 7th, about 20 hours after it was created. Five days is a bit of an exaggeration, but I do very much understand the frustration experienced as a result of these cheaters.

That said, I can tell you that your report was received and the information forwarded to the correct parties. In the future, if you come across anyone else engaging in this behavior, I’d encourage you to continue to report them as we will be happy to investigate the issue and take all appropriate actions. Cheaters and exploiters have no place in the game, we’d like to remove them just as much as you would. Thank you so much for your patience in this matter.

Q u o t e:
I just posted this as a seperate thread, within 2 seconds of my post it was locked and given a response from a gm to post here.

All the while the same guys are hacking on my server lmfao, I feel like Im taking crazy pills.

Gm also told me I canceled my ticket lol when it was edited, so he researched my ticket read it saw the names and concerns and decided the needed action was to shut me up lol.

Also if it were just something that effected my character like a lost item, I would happily wait however long for a GM response. But since this is something that effects every player on the server, not to mention the integrity of the game, I would think it would be given a priority and attended to more promptly then say "I lost a frozen orb".

Since editing my ticket comes up as a canceled ticket lol a gm would actually need to contact and speak with me ingame to get the list of players I've seen under the world mine hacking via shift v, that is if you care.

It seems my previous response may have been misinterpreted, Gydeon, it was not an attempt to squelch you, but rather to state the facts of the matter. You mentioned your petition had been open, unanswered for 5-6 days, and I noted this was not the case, that it was addressed after 20 hours.

Those reported players will be investigated and the appropriate actions taken. Do keep in mind this sort of issue takes time to resolve and you will not be informed of what, if any actions are taken against the reported players.

The previous thread was locked, as multiple posts about the same topic, regardless of the subject matter, are a violation of our Forum Code of Conduct as it can flood the forum, making it more difficult to for other players to bring their concerns to our attention.
