I was told today in the game that Mechatorque was a German server, yet I've been speaking english to people ever since I joined the Beta, and most people I see have spoken englusha s well.

I'm wondering because as far as I can tell, Mechatorque is the only EU server in the Beta, and I don't speak German...

Mekkatorque is simply a European realm; no language in particular is enforced for the realm.

As always with shared language European test realms, we ask that irrespective of which language people speak in public chat, you try to treat everyone with courtesy and respect. It is not okay to antagonise other people just because they don't speak your language.

We hope people can take this into account and try to keep the focus of the beta on beta testing and not issues concerning the language people use while doing so. Thanks everyone. :-)
