Hi there, Im currently trying to get all the pets and someone told me i could make a post here to see where in the quest line i am on the 3 quests to get the Mechanical chicken.. ive done ZF like 5 times and no drop but ive looked for the chicken body in tanaris for like 1 hour just staring where it should be so i dont know if ive completed this one or not im fairly sure i haven't done hinterlands but i just dont remember... would someone be able to tell me which ones of the 3 i have done or where i am on them so i can get my mechanical chicken please please please *pouty eyes*?

Cometica - seems to have completed An OOX of Your Own.

Kaplania - Feralas is complete, still needs Hinterlands and Feralas.

On some we can - although there is now a mechanism in the lua programming that these can be ferreted out by addons.

Zipy has completed An OOX of Your Own.

This character is only lacking Hinterlands. Tanaris and Feralas are complete.

I believe I did all of the quest back before WotLK came out and may have gotten the chicken, in fact. However I had to deleted some pets to make room in my bags, and it may have been one of them. However when I try to talk to the stable masters, they only ask about stabling my Hunter's pets, and nothing about any lost pets. Sorry it has taken so long to ask about it. I only just recently realized I done the quest, when I tried to pick them up.

This character is still lacking Feralas, so you've not completed the line yet.

That said, this isn't one that can be returned by the stable master if you had completed the chain. This pet is not soulbound like most quest pets.
