I got emo and deleted all my gear and my toon. Filed a ticket soon after and now my ticket is escalated. How long will it take? Restoration is not guaranteed but I had full s2 Holy full s3 ret and tons of other junk. What's my wait time. Days?

Escalated tickets sometimes take about a week. Just leave the ticket open, if its been five days... I'd reckon you're coming up to the top of the list.
