MacBook Pro gets piping hot playing WoW

I was wondering if anyone else is playing WoW on a Macbook pro, if so, does the laptop get REALLY hot and what can I do to help with that? also, how long can I play WoW before it damages something inside from being so hot?

BTW, I just got the new 15 inch macbook pro.

By far the easiest way to deal with excess heat is to bring down the frame rate.

You can change this any time in the chat panel:

/console maxfps N

pick any N you like.
