Prior to maintenance, have had no issues when using my iMac however, after maintenance, i could hardly play on it anymore. If i enter a BG or instance, high latency shoots up and to the point that it freezes and kicks me off. I went on my IBM PC and no issues on the same areas.

Just so happen that every time I attempt to even do the dailies in Icecrown, like abomination, i experience FPS to die and the game to freeze...when i log back on, am dead :p

Kindly advise on what needs to be done. Am not a computer expert or geek so dont know much about settings etc.

Mac OS X ver 10.5.8, Processor is 2.4 ghz dual core and 1 gb memory

Delete your Cache Æ’older since the old temp files are no longer syncing with the new data on the realms. And as Weztix posted above, 1GB is not enough to play the game, even in very simple areas, so you might want to reset your PRAM.
