Are you are being asked for an authentication code when logging into the game client or Account Management, but did not personally associate an Authenticator with your account?

If so, an Authenticator may have been maliciously associated with your account by an unauthorized party. Please contact Billing & Account Services to regain control of your account and remove the unauthorized Authenticator. Billing & Account Services representatives are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST and may be reached by phoning 1-800-59-BLIZZARD. International customers may also use the numbers listed here.

Q u o t e:
Because of all the posts that I have read seems like everyone is saying that we have a virus or we have done something wrong when in fact if you go to Battle Net page on how the problem is to be fixed you can see that it is not us but them that screwed up. Maybe somebody got fired or something I dont know but that is how the tell you to fix it. I have NO virus NO trojan nothing. It came from BATTLE NET

Kosian - I've responded in two other threads now about your issue.

The last password change here was made from the compromiser. You either have a very active and yet unidentified infection on your system - or they are into your email - perhaps both.
