Login Issue

by Syndri | 01/06/2010 23:46:26![]() Hey there, Meditate! I was able to poke into this a bit further, and it doesn't appear as though your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. (It doesn't appear as though an unauthorized party has even attempted to access your account, either.) As your fellow posters have suggested, it's possible that your Authenticator has become de-synced and so is returning the wrong code when prompted. Our Billing representatives should be able to assist you with re-syncing your Authenticator, though. You just need to give them a ring! Billing and Account Services
