Login Error for Prepaid when Iam auto billed

Is anyone back on yet? because ever since the rolling restarts I have not been able to log in after the 15 min needed for the restarts. iam getting a prepaid login error telling me i have no time left and to buy more time to play. However iam auto billed as i have been since the account was created. Is this just a server issue? Or should I contact support? Thanks
