Live account permanently closed... wtf?!
by Vadrian | 14/08/2010 00:41:11![]() Ok so I haven't been subscribed to live for a few months now. The other day I get a "security warning" e-mail saying that they have been detecting some not ok activity with my WoW account. So I logically try to sign on to live to see how this could be possible, and just as I suspected- i don't have a month! Why don't I have a month? Because I haven't purchased a month in months! So now today I get an e-mail saying that my WoW account has been permanently disabled due to violations of the terms of conditions. This is absolutely 100% impossible. I haven't played my live account in months, let alone the beta in about three weeks (Starcraft 2 stole me for a bit). Is there a glitch in Blizzard's mainframe?? What the hell is this all about? This is the first time I am genuinely angry with Blizzard. EDIT: I should have mentioned before... I obviously tried logging into my WoW account via the WoW website and lo and behold when I got in it said, with a sad peon standing next to it, "This account has been permanently closed."
