Which ignores all line of sight in arena 100% of the time. And no, it's not lag, as they can hit someone that they haven't seen.

This trinket has a chance to proc so long as the wearer has afflicted you with periodic damage spells. The bolt it sends will trace you wherever you are. What is annoying for you is not necessarily broken.
