I don't know if this is belongs here but I use a Macbook Pro so it seemed fitting.

Anyway, the problem I'm having is that even though with ~120ms latency and 20 mbps down I still get lag spikes every so-often, causing arenas and raids to be very difficult to take part of. I've tried moving my router, using an ethernet cable, using a different ethernet cable, and nothing seems to work. I read that Time Warner is having some issues like this and I was wondering if it was at all fixable? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Lag can be caused by other factors rather than just internet connection. Do you use any 3rd party AddOns ? Also when's the last time you deleted the Cache Æ’older ? Old temp files can cause lag when they don't sync correctly with the data on the server correctly.

Also I haven't heard anything on the service provider but check your trace route to verify the connection is good:

1. log into the game
2. put it in window mode Command + M
3. go to your Macintosh HD=>Applications=>Utilities=>Network Utility.app
4. select the Netstat tab (• Display the state of all current socket connections)
5. click on the Netstat button on the right (wait a bit)
6. find the first foreign address that says battlenet:

7. copy the foreign address in front of the one that has battlenet on it (ie. 206.17.111.7)
8. select the Traceroute tab
9. paste the address into the box/window
10. click on the Trace button on the right
11. copy the data
12. reply to my/our post and paste that info, please
