I own a gaming center in california and we have 20 computers.

Computer spec
Intel quad core 2.8 ghz
8 gb memory
geforce 260 GTX Overclocked

Mainly, we have best gaming computers.
Customers play Starcraft 2 beta, battlefield 2 bad company, counter strike, left4 dead or others and they don't have any problems. No lag, no d/c

When they play WOW, they don't get any lag.
Even when they start 25 ICC, latency is under 200

But when they start killing the boss, they get terrible lag and get d.c a lot.

I don't think it's our internet service because

We are using T3 service for the internet which is over 1grand a month

I see that they're in blackrock which is the most populated server but I just don't understand why they get lag. The lag starts right after they start killing the bosses in ICC.

They use addons and it's about 25 to 30 memomry

Are the AddOns updated and are the computers shutdown at night or do you nightly restoration of those computers ?
