Why is everyone so worked up about this response from GC? It IS a good tactic to kill a healer. It's common sense....kill the guy who is prevent you from killing other people. In war, it is a viable tactic to kill the person leading the opposing army. But if you have never noticed, a leader in war is generally heavily guarded. Hence, it is also a viable tactic for DPS to guard the guy keeping them alive. It is about teamwork. You are there for your team...the problem 90 percent of the time is that your team isn't there for you...they are more concerned with killing.

I mean what do you guys want? To walk around invincible-mode? The issue isn't in the game design, the issue is:

1. Teammates not taking care of you

2. Burst damage being too much to deal with yourself.

We need attention to point number 2. But at the end of the day, if a DK would deathgrip a rogue off you, or a warlock would fear the mage who is arcane destroying you, you would live. This is another "viable tactic." IMO people have misinterpreted GC's words (imagnie that).

I addressed the quote in another thread. I think you are interpreting it to mean "We hate healers. If they come into Arenas they should DIEDIEDIE to any rogue with a green dagger," which is not what I meant. Though I look forward to seeing that quote thrown around. :)
