Guildmate kicked me out because that person is demand for me to use VENT. I told them that I cannot be able to use Vent because I'm HOH (hard of hearing)

Of course I do not have any vent at all. I want this game to be fair and square to any raid....

Raid leaders are welcome to bring whomever they like to raid with them--if this is unacceptable to you, regardless of the status of your senses, it might be best simply to avoid grouping with them. :(

And yeah. While I agree it is unfair to those who are hoh, guilds need reliable people that can listen to instructions clearly. While I feel for your pain, you could cause a wipe.
