Is Ritual of Summoning as Blizzard intended for it to be? It had been my understanding that warlocks were supposed to create a summoning stone similar to what is outside of instances but the actual spell to create this stone has a 2 minute cool down. It seems as if today that it is the same spell but that it has a 2 minute cooldown instead of none.

Is this a bug that is planning on being fixed, or is this how it is going to be from now on? Thank you.
