Jumbled end user agreement

Having some issues after i reformatted my Hard drive, i re-installed WOW and now have an issue with my end user licence agreement. Its jumbled up i cant agree or disagree, it let me bypass it one time and let me log on. When i logged on i was where i left off, however the graphics are .... as well jumbled up. Trees coinciding with rocks huge black spots, squares of patchy land like a huge ice square with a huge grass square, monsters are not visable yet i can attack them, but with no button bars hard to play. So if any of that helps, please help me.

I have un-installed re-installed 3 times called tech support, he told me to uninstall reinstall, gave me the delete cache folders etc... no help. whats goin on? Vista? probably.

Hi Shadowmyth,

Your description of things doesn't ring a bell. Can you tell us more information about your computer? You can find most of the information if you go to Start -> Run -> dxdiag (or on Windows Vista/7, Windows Key + R -> dxdiag)
