Has JoL been removed from the PTR and if so has the effects of eliminating the threat from the ability been tested yet to compare TPS and Agrro to the other 3 tanks? Besides the 70 DMG and single target Taunt from Hand of Reckoning, is there a boost anywhere else in our abilities / talents?

Any information would be appreciated.
