Items removed?
by Siniste | 19/05/2010 21:52:44![]() I have received a 3 hour ban last night from the game on one of my accounts. Before the ban, I had sent a bunch of flasks that I had farmed the mats for to my alt, and a stack of flasks that I had made for a guild mate to them. My alt never received the flasks, and I am going to assume that my guild mate didn't either. I also noticed this morning that over 1000 Saronite Ore that I had farmed, a bunch of herbs (Lichbloom, Icethorn) that I had sent to my bank alt is no longer in the mail box. No the mails did not expire. I sent them over 2 days ago. I have been on a 2 - 3 day spree of doing nothing but farming, and most of the items I farmed were gone when I logged in this morning. I've placed in half a dozen GM tickets, called, and E-Mailed, and I still haven't gotten word from anyone. I'm freaking out because I did a lot of farming, and with my history in talking to GMs in game, I'll get something back that either has nothing to do with why I placed in my ticket, I'll get the BS "Sorry, there is nothing I can do" or items will be restored, but not all of them. I logged out with over 1700 saronite ore, and logged on with less than 500. Is there a way that I can please get someone to address this? I'm freaking out because I KNOW my account wasn't hacked, and it was a GM that deleted the items that I spent so much time farming. Thank you. [ Post edited by Malkorix ] |

Based on what I can see, it does seem as though some wires might have been crossed - though not without cause. Our staff will be more than happy to investigate and lend a hand if appropriate soon, if such an investigation is not already under way. As there is no suspension directly associated with this issue, you can submit an in-game petition on the subject, if you have not already done so. Under ordinary circumstances email contact with our account administration department at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com would be necessary. “No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.” - Voltaire |

That's not an unreasonable assumption, as such a thing could conceivably occur. I just hope our staff can help you sort this out swiftly. “No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.” - Voltaire |
