Yes Sunwell should be up on the PTR. I belive they're going to turn off Felmyst and Brutallicious for testing purposes as well.

Correction:

Sunwill is going to be taken down later this evening for some hotfixes and then will return tomorrow.

So if you hurry you can get some raiding done.
