All of our development and support is done in-house either in Irvine, CA or Austin, TX.

If you're dissatisfied with a Game Master interaction you should definitely email wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com to let their supervisor know.

It's really unnecessary to assume that every screenshot someone posts is Photoshopped.

I know it's an understandable reaction to come to the side of Blizzard and our department in cases like this, but on occasion some players just do have unsatisfactory interactions with Game Masters, and feedback from the players involved can make all the difference.

Generally if you want credibility in CSF you dont post with a forum alt.

Since when is this an acceptable stance in this forum? Posters always get rightfully bent out of shape when people use this very phrase.

How many posters do we have that post on level 1 characters or characters that've been level 24 for four years?

Sorry if I offended anyone...it was just a genuine question and the GM I happened to talk to didn't spell very "professionally"

There was no offense taken. My opinion on this particular case is irrelevant, but I'd strongly suggest that you utilize the feedback address.
