Is Blizzard ever going to answer their phones

I've tried to get my issue fixed in email but just get a cut and paste reply that doesnt even address the issue. Is there somewhere I can go to get real help. Or do i need to drive to Blizzard HQ? |
by Orlyia | 04/08/2010 11:33:57![]() Are you actually getting into the queue then disconnected? If so, are you on a cell? Those are rather notorious for dropping long holds. If it's a matter of getting into the queue itself, calling back immediately seems to work best to get a spot. Customer Service Forum Representative Authenticators!
