That's what I get when I try to activate to a full account? It has the funds, it's a VISA, i've used it for several game subscriptions what's the problem?

Edit: I just paid for something else online with no problem. Again, what's the deal? Don't want a new customer? =/

This can happen on activating new accounts, ongoing subscriptions don't seem to have many issues.

I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience, Smallish.

Unfortunately, I don't have an instant fix for this. You really have a couple options.

A) You can get a box set and use that key.
B) Give our billing department a ring.
