"Instance Hearthing" stealthily removed?

So, an unpleasant surprise on the PTR:

It seems that the abilitiy to "ghetto hearth" has been removed. What's the reasoning behind this change? It seems like an unnecessary way to punish people quietly using a non-exploitative way to get back to Dalaran on an expansion continent with limited access points.

This seems like a slap in the face. Are we now slaves, beholden to the same warlocks who summoned us off cliffs or the same mages who happily port us to Stonard instead of Lake Wintergrasp? It's a dark day indeed.

Please, Blizzard, rethink this change. It's a bad economy and I can't afford to pay 20g to a mage gouging me for a port when I just need to get back to Dalaran and see the wife and kids.
A plan is just a list of things that don't happen.

I think we have enough feedback on this. Thanks.
