by Kvetch | 05/07/2010 21:08:49![]() Keep receiving this message at 52%: The installer was unable to read the file "/Volumes/Wrath of the Lich King/Installer Tome 3.mpq". This error may be caused by problems with the media or drive at /Volumes/Wrath of the Lich King/--for example, a scratched or dirty CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, hard drive corruption, or a networking problem while downloading the installer. (The data being read was "MPQs-2/FullInstallLK/Data#expansion.MPQ/Character/ForestTroll/Ma I deleted the Blizzard folder from Users\Shared and all the Blizzard related .plist and .prefs files, but still no luck. This is driving me nuts. BTW, WotLK loaded fine on my Windows PC, so don't think the DVD is bad. Also cleaned the DVD, no difference, still got the message. |
