I'm in a bit of an 'Authentictor' pickle...
by Zatheron | 01/05/2010 18:53:58![]() Ah, it really is good getting mack into WoW. on thursday i was happily questing, and doing the occasional dungion. i come home on friday from a long day at school, hoping to just play some WoW when a message pos up asking for an 'Authenticator Code.' Confused, i went onto Battle.net support fourms. this said a few things: -I had bought an Authenticator -I had registered it to my account in truth i did no such thing, at first i had no clue what an Authenticator was! after doing research i came to a conclusion, my account has been hacked and buddy who did it has an authenticator. Great. so, i sent an email, no reply. i called in, phones busy on multiple ocasions. i need help. can anyone help me? |

That isn't a service I'm able to provide, but if you need an unauthorized Authenticator removed from your account, then you can contact our Account Services staff directly. If you are willing to wait, then you can send an email (though that can take several days), or you can call. If you elect to call, you may be able to obtain service more swiftly, but given the high volume of incoming requests, you may need to keep a ready finger on the redial button to get into our hold queue:
