Ah, it really is good getting mack into WoW. on thursday i was happily questing, and doing the occasional dungion. i come home on friday from a long day at school, hoping to just play some WoW when a message pos up asking for an 'Authenticator Code.' Confused, i went onto Battle.net support fourms. this said a few things:
-I had bought an Authenticator
-I had registered it to my account
in truth i did no such thing, at first i had no clue what an Authenticator was! after doing research i came to a conclusion, my account has been hacked and buddy who did it has an authenticator. Great.

so, i sent an email, no reply.
i called in, phones busy on multiple ocasions.

i need help. can anyone help me?

Q u o t e:
Check the sticky threads about having your account compromised. You will need to contact several services to recover everything. And you will probably need to keep trying the phones until you get in :P

Unfortunately, this is very likely the case. I know that this is probably a stressful and confusing time, but hopefully these threads can help act as a guidebook for you:

Q u o t e:
im sure blizzard staff have the ability to go onto my account and remove the authenticator so i can at least recover and supply my own authenticator.

That isn't a service I'm able to provide, but if you need an unauthorized Authenticator removed from your account, then you can contact our Account Services staff directly. If you are willing to wait, then you can send an email (though that can take several days), or you can call. If you elect to call, you may be able to obtain service more swiftly, but given the high volume of incoming requests, you may need to keep a ready finger on the redial button to get into our hold queue:
