I would like to upgrade to the full game from the trial. I noticed that if you upgrade online you get 30 days online for free. It does not say whether or not you will receive a month free if you buy the boxed copy.
I dont have a credit card that blizzard accepts.

Also, just for clarity: Even if you create an account using a code from a boxed copy of classic WoW, you'll still receive the 30-day credit. It's not required that you upgrade from a trial, just that you obtain a standard, classic account. :)
