When I load wow after a reboot I get a screen that looks like this http://s1045.photobucket.com/albums/b454/1Klepto/ What I have done to try to fix it is
1: blow out the dust.
2: check if it's overheating, tho I dont know how to tell if it is with cpuid hwmonitor. I dont think it is overheating anyway because if I run the graphics patch again then wow starts just fine, but i shouldnt have to run a patch everytime i want to play wow. Also added another fan under the graphics card
3: was told to add -opengl to the launcher but didnt get steps how to do that so all i did was rename my shortcut which didnt work.
4: delete wtf,cache, interface folders.

None of those did anything so I need some help please, here is the dxdiag

Edit: Another little bit of info i dont know if it will help but unless i had just reinstalled the graphics patch in addition to looking like the screen shot also has the effect like it is not responding (as in not wanting to bring up the screen)

She's pretty dead now if normal mode looks like that. Have you tried any other 3D programs to see how those look, too?
