I don't heal shadowpriests... EVER.

It's a good deal easier to get a group for an instance as a healer than as a dps. And in pvp heals are infinitely more valuable than a little bit more dps. I didn't spec holy, however, so that I could heal you while you're in shadowform. If you're in shadowform at ANY point when heals would be more valuable... you are bad and or you should have rolled a warlock. Blizzard should buff holy dmg a small bit and remove the shadow tree. Half the priest population might quit, but the half that mattered wouldn't be affected. |
