Whenever i click on WOW the launcher comes up like it should, but when i click "play" the launcher disapears and it acts like i never clicked "play". i tried playing from wow.exe. but it says that C:/Program files/ World of Warcraft/ Wow.exe. "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling this application may fix this problem." but the thing is, it doesnt. ive done it literally 7 times and its still not helping. please help me blizzard.

Sometimes a broken .NET Framework installation may cause the game to crash this way. You may want to try installing this and see what happens - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6
After installing that, make sure to run Windows Update.
