I appreciate the sentiment, but...

Then I'm afraid we will need to continue to suspend people. I can assure you though, that your concerns continue to be read and forwarded on as they are with all classes. There isn't more that we can say beyond that. |

This is not about telling people what to say. You are mistaken. This is about telling people to abide by the code of conduct otherwise, we have no other choice but to enforce them. |

Or it could be that I've been moderating and doing other aspects of my job along with keeping an eye on things here. |

Sorry Druk. I can't promise that a Developer is going to post here. We are aware of the concerns players are having with the latest change to the patch notes. It affects more than just Shaman in this case so should any further information come along on that end, it may be information that needs to be posted in the General forum though, anything more specific to Shaman, we'll make sure to get posted over here. We are also aware of the other Shaman concerns and will continue to funnel the information to the Development Team. |

One thread that was related to me had about 13 pages of excessive profanity and only 3 posts that were solid and constructive. At that point, as much as we hate to do it, it becomes an issue of time. With so many threads that need moderated, we need that time to get to as many as we can. |

Thus why I said this in addition, "We are also aware of the other Shaman concerns and will continue to funnel the information to the Development Team." I wanted to make sure that it was known that we recognize the continuing concerns of the Shaman community as well.
Unfortunately, this area can get pretty gray. If you have abided by the code of conduct, your post is well-thought out, constructive, and does not violate the code of conduct, you should be safe in reposting. When in doubt give it a few minutes before reposting just in case there is a massive amount of activity on the forums that is causing extra moderation to occur. Also, try to keep in mind whether your post may be inflammatory toward others or the forum in general that you are posting to. Sometimes we will get rid of a thread because it is inciting more flaming on the forum than constructive discussion. |

The only people that have been suspended are those that have violated the Code of Conduct and spamming and disrupting the forums. Those that continue to post constructive feedback or even feedback on how they feel in general, are fine as is. The threat of a suspension is only there as a means to let people know that it is happening and why. If you wish to send in feedback on the Community Team or any member therein, you can email to wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com . I will reiterate that there is no one person assigned to any forum. I am here to help out where I can and most of that this morning has been in regard to cleaning up the forum so that those that have something they want to say don't get it buried in a mountain of spam. I expect people to abide by the code of conduct and respect their fellow posters enough not to drown their posts with spam and troll posts. Nothing I have done this morning has been spurred on by any amount of temper. I am not customer service nor is anyone else on the community team. We have other duties outside of moderating these forums. Moderation is only a very small portion as we have said before. |
