I cant invite anyone to my party on wow, says that i am on ignore except im not on there ignore list?

Only happens on 2 of my characters, I have tried deleting all addons.

Its also very annoying because i cant mail from my main to my alt, i mail the stuff but it doesnt go to my alt and i sent around 3k gold worth of stuff.

Any help?
